Conscious Awareness | just be in the moment.
Conscious Awareness or in other words just being in the moment, allows one to BE more thoughtful, more intentional, more authentic and more observant. I try exercise this at all times. Whether I am driving somewhere or sitting in a cafe or biking through a park. I take time observe and drink in what is right there in full color high definition life. What emerges from the chaos and noise of mind is clarity. The beauty of the natural rhythms are seen in this way. The inter-connectedness of nature is the perfect inspiration lab for birthing new ideas. But one doesn't have to sit cross legged in yoga pants meditating to do this. One can learn to slow ones self down anywhere you are if only for a few moments to observe the organics of life occurring all around you. Awareness of ones surroundings is key to seeing the need around you. It's allows you to see what works and what doesn't. There's a proper context that just fits and when something isn't in context it emerges in the patterns.
