Steve Glovinsky has worked as a UN official for more than 35 years, as a manager of UNDP’s development programs and advisor to over thirty governments in public management and reform. He helped create and now advises Solution Exchange, a UN-sponsored knowledge facilitation service for developing country professionals. We asked Steve about Solution Exchange and its potential to change the way development practitioners exchange ideas and tackle some of the world’s most pressing development challenges.
